RSID 9th Annual Silent Rug Auction
Monday, October 19th - Friday, October 23rd
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We invite, you, your clients and friends to participate in our silent auction! Over 45 hand-made rugs will be sold at a fraction of the original price. Beginning Bids for these rugs start as low at $150!

Auction rugs will be on display beginning Monday, Oct. 19th and we will end our final bidding with refreshments and fun on Friday, October, 23rd at 4:30 p.m.

"SPLASH"
"SPLASH" is representative of a new, Italian designed limited edition rug collection which embodies the communication codes of contemporary culture and challenges our living conventions. Comic books, which also inspired pop artists, have lent their style to innovative forms and creations in an elegant juxtaposition of black and white. The bold ink strokes have been transformed into hand knotted, RugMark cerified carpets that possess refined and well-crafted details.



J.D. Staron - Modern Bhutan Collection
Luxurious yet understated, the Modern Bhutan Collection has taken Tibetan weaving and reinvented it using large scale damask designs and simple geometric patterns in silk set against a slightly course background of a flat linen, silk and wool weave. The Himalayan tradition of hand processing the yarn retains the natural indigenous micro elements creating an unparalleled depth and luster. The result is a remarkable collection that is casual and playful with both contemporary and sophisticated appeal.

STILE BK
Innovation and a well-tailored quality are the imperatives that have always moved STILE BK's research, a combination of the ability of Tibetan craft tradition with creative Italian design solutions. The result is a product that is able to bring together different cultural horizons and to adapt itself to the numerous variations of contemporary furniture.

Traditional Moroccan Rugs
The origin of these timeless Moroccan rugs or rural tribal weavings can be traced to the Berber tribes of the middle Atlas region and the Azilal province of High Atlas. These bold, geometric designs interpreted with a simple color palate and a weaving style unique to the area date back a thousand years and through multiple dynasties...enjoy a bit of antiquity on your floor!
